Galway City Services
Almost all regular Galway city services have a flat-rate single fare, no matter how far you travel. See the Fares page for details.
Some special scheduled services (eg park-and-ride, the Corrib Village shuttle on Fri/Sun, and the "factory run" buses to the Parkmore industrial estate) have a different fare. See the timetable/details for these services for more information.
Regional Services
Regional services have fares are based on the distance traveled and the type of ticket (eg same-day-return, one-month-return). See the bus-company websites for details.
Note: For Bus Eireann, regional services are ones that display three-digit route numbers, eg 418.
